excited delirium

* this junk-science terminology has been used by the Minneapolis Police Department, and police throughout the country as an excuse to administer forced Ketamine shots & to justify police homicides of residents. they use the term excited delirium to shift the cause of death away from their chokeholds and knees to the carotid.

we healers and artists will redefine this term. Excited Delirium is now, from this day forward, the liminal state of healing and growth for any marginalized people.
